Working up a storm...

I wanted to let everyone know that my Coffee Cake tasted just as good as it smelt...maybe even better then that. My husband just loved it. Thanks Karen for posting the recipe.

I made it back from the Mystery Night, it was alot of fun! There were different kinds of games throughout the evening...such as if someone had the Prim Store's business card in their purse, lipstick, cell phone and so on. Throughout the evening if you had the different things that she called out you received a coupon. I also received a coupon for just showing up and then another for bringing a friend. She then gave some out if you could come up with ideas to help better or promote her business. Overall I ended up with 15 coupons. Also throughout the evening there were tickets sold and all the money went to two people (the owner drew 2 coupons) they won extra funds to shop. Instead of a half and half ALL the funds went back out to the two separate individuals, one winner was my friend. I won the door prize...a beautiful candle. And then at the end of the evening one coupon was drawn and that individual won 50% off on her next purchase. Lucky person...as you can see it was not me. Maybe next time.







It is awful outside today...is SPRING going to come at all this year??? More snow, rain, sleet, freezing rain and more to come for the weekend. Since the weather outside was so terrible I worked on some Prim Decorations. First time making them and WOW...they turned out pretty well I might add. Take a peak for yourselves...
I really enjoyed making them and there is more to come. Overall today I made 7 Crows (4 not painted), 3 Bunnies (only sewn), 3 Large & Small Hearts. WOW...called it quits. That is really hard on my back. So I shall complete the rest tomorrow.
