Happy Birthday...96 years...

Well we celebrated my Grandmother's 96th Birthday last night and she was so happy as expected. She claims she will live to celebrate her 100th and it will be a party of a lifetime...and I bet she will live to see it. For someone turning 96 she does not look a day over 80. Someone read a poem last night and it was so true. We need to treasure every day we have with someone we call a FRIEND...someone we truly love because we do not know if we will have a tomorrow. If you say you should go see "So and So", do it, never put it off.

I hope that if I ever get the opportunity to live past 90, I would love to be as in good health as my Grandmother. The doctor did her medical the day before and says for a person turning 96 she is of complete sound mind and in Excellent health. I treasure every waking moment that I have with her. You see my Grandmother raised me when I was a little girl, so to me she is like my second mother. My daughters love her to death just as much as she loves them. We are a very close family. Enjoy the photos to follow...

My daughters proud as can be to be the ones to deliver Grams birthday cake.

Just a reminder to everyone, go and visit that person that you have been putting off to visit. Do it tomorrow and tell them how much they mean to you :)

Have a Very Nice Weekend...more snow for us starting in the middle of the night...uuuhhh. There could be worst in life so I will be great full ;)
