My Yard/Craft Sale went well...I got rid of alot of things and was very happy not to bring it back home. I did not sell as much Craft compared to Junk...People were looking for cheap great deal items. I started each morning at 8:30 till 8pm Friday and Sat and then Sunday called it quits by 3pm. I was exhausted!!! I have to be careful due to my health because I get worn down very easy and that I did over the weekend. No more Sales for awhile!!! It will take me the week the recover. And since I had not been home for three days, the laundry added up and so did those darn dust bunnies. Can someone tell me where do those darn things come from??? So I slowly starting cleaning, beginning with upstairs where the bedrooms are and I will work my way down. It probably will take the week but that is fine with me. I will just take one day at a time.
I have both girls all set for school. We labeled everything tonight and organized it all in their book bags. Tabitha is so-so about going back, she felt Summer was to short like the rest of us (you can tell she is getting older...grade 6...time goes to quickly :( but Abigayle is counting down on the calendar how many do-do's to go before she starts. She is only entering Kindergarden this year so she is very excited :) But I have a feeling the first month is going to be a tough one. She is my baby and and has a hard time letting go and she is also very soft hearted. You can speak to her in the most softest voice and say "NO" and she will begin crying. Poor thing. I know everything will go well but it is so hard. After always having a child home for the past 11 years, there will be no more. OMG it will be so QUIET!!! What will I do??? I know once everything falls into place everyone will be happy, including my Abigayle.
Tomatoe Creek Prims has been working very hard to have these items ready for her 100th post giveaway. So run on over and check out what is required to enter. I love all three of them! Great Work Rondell!
So prim...and all set for the up coming Holidays. Pick me...pick me...LOL
Good Luck to everyone!

I'm glad you survived your busy weekend, Sandy... Good luck tackling all of those dust bunnies! I took care of some here today. Yikes!
The years are flying by here as well. Connor starts 2nd grade next week and Michaela will begin her last year of preschool. Both of them are ready and very excited. I hope your girls will have a positive first week back...
Take care and enjoy your week if you can :) And thanks too for the wax dipping tips.
Sandy,
Oh, I know it's hard on both you and Abigayle with her starting school....your baby!
And I was just as excited when I learned how to link the names too...Linda from Behind the Red Door taught me....they laugh at me around here when I master something on the computer...I'm so proud of myself! So good job!
Tammy

Sandy,
You asked about the kitchen....it's coming along! We did get the pantry and back door painted. We've brought home part of a countertop to try out. This long weekend, we hope to get counters in. I'll have a post on it either tomorrow or Friday!
Thanks for asking!
Tammy
I am so on the same page. It isn't easy to watch our kids grow up, especially when you enjoy be a mom so much. That must have been one very busy weekend...hope you did well with your sale. Susan
I remember the day my yougest son started kindergarten. I bawled like a baby. He couldn't stop grinning, he was so excited to get to ride the bus.And I wanted to run after him and say NO you can't go I need you here at home.It was hard that first day But now he's a big ole 4th grader.
I'm looking to do that myself this weekend. I really don't like it like I did when I was younger but the stuff has to go somewhere, doesn't it?
Take care and get rested up. Soon will be the holidays and we all get stretched to our limits then....
Sorry you didn't sell as much stuff as you wanted. You can always off some stuff for sale for us bloggers!!
I hope the girls had a good start to school. Kellon started yesterday (preschool) and it went very well!
Thank you for your kind comments. You are such a great friend!
I am glad your sale went well. I never have much luck with crafts at the sales either. Take some time for some much needed REST!
Your back to school day sounded a lot like mine. It has been 16 years since I have been alone. I am spinning wheels a little, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. Have a great day. Julie
